This design is a very popular capacity for starting a rice mill by taking concrete platform as the base to install machines.

From intake pit, rice paddy goes into cleaning part to remove impurities. 

An efficient rubber husker used to separate the husk from seeds. Collect husker separately for animal feed with second grinding by a crusher. 

3 times whitening makes sure the rice in a  good condition. Broken rice extracted the sieve and bad color rice eliminated by color sorter. 

An automatic rice packer used to pack rice passing polisher in 5-50 kgs per bag at speed no less than 260 bags per hour. 

A compressed air system employed to offer air source to color sorter and automatic packer.
