100-150TPD Maize Milling Machinery
An integrated maize meal milling project includes the main sections of:
a. 80T Weighbridge System,
b. 30-50TPH Mazie Feeding and Pre-cleaning System,
c. 1000T Maize Silo System,
d. 100-150TPD Maize Meal Milling System
e. Finished Product Packing System
This is a comprehensive maize meal milling project with advanced design and machinery to produce 2 kinds of maize flour (roller meal and breakfast meal), fine maize bran and germ powder. It is a updated technology especially for Southern Africa area.
This plant has been successful built in Zambia. The auxiliary equipments include of belt conveyor and forklift.
All machinery controlled by PLC system.
With effective training, now the local employees are quite capable for the whole project operation and regular maintenance.
