The corrugated plate assembled metal silo is suitable for storing grain, seeds, feed, plastic particles and other particles, powder materials. For grain depots, flour mills, rice mills, oil factories, as the basic level storage warehouse, temporary storage warehouse, transfer warehouse, raw material warehouse, grain reserves and other purposes.
Several Parts
The raw materials of our products are imported coils, high quality hot-dip galvanized coils with absolute bending properties, with specifications in the range of 2mm - 8mm, high strength, durability and long service life.
Installation Pcitures
The utility model is composed of a frame beam, a warehouse top cover, a tension ring, an air vent, a top cap and other components. Spatial structure technology is used in the design of silo top skeleton, which can ensure the stability of long-span design load and reduce the size of components. Ring girders and warehouse legs are made of I-beam. The upper end of the warehouse leg is welded with a flat plate matching the ring beam, and the inclined connecting plate matching the inclined plane of the cone bottom is also welded. For steel silos equipped with mechanical ventilation systems, parallel air ducts and herringbone air ducts are reserved on the base surface. There are ladders inside and outside the barn.
Cleaning and Transport Equipment
Our silo project includes, input and output silo system, cleaning system, material level system, temperature measurement system, ventilation system, electronic control system. We can make a set of automatic operation system according to customer's functional requirements.
