50TPD Maize Milling Plant
This project uses maize as processing material and has the capacity of 50 tons per 24 hours. This processing line consists of cleaning, destoning, dust removing, milling, grading and conveying parts. With flexible designation, the whole plant can meet the needs of market and output the maize flour with different rate.
CLEANING: SCREENING, MAGNETIC SELECTING, DE-STONING, ETC. SO AS TO ENSURE REGULAR PROCESSING FOR MAIZE DEHULLING AND DEGERMING.
GRITS MILLING: DEHULLING AND DEGERMINATING ARE THE CORE PARTS. DEGERM RATE REACH 95%.
FLOUR MILLING: ADOPT COMPREHENSIVE DEHULLING AND DEGERMING. WITH FLEXIBLE ADJUSTMENT OF FLOUR YIELD TO ACHIEVE OPTIMUM BENEFIT.
The total area of the plant is about 200 square meters with the length of 25 meters, width of 8 meters and heights of 8 meters. The set is build of steel structure to reduce the investment of the land.
