Congratulations to Zambia 150TPD Maize Mill Completion

Started in middle of 2016, this is a integrated project of maize flour milling with advanced design and technology to produce 2 kinds of maize flour (roller meal and breakfast meal), fine maize bran and germ powder. After more than 2 months onsite working, the installing and commissioning work was done completely and successfully. 
The whole project includes five parts:
a. 80T Weighbridge System,
b. 30-50TPH Mazie Feeding and Pre-cleaning System,
c. 1000T Maize Silo System,
d. 150TPD Maize Meal Milling System
e. Finished Product Packing System
Also, we offered the auxiliary equipment of belt conveyor and forklift. All machinery controlled by PLC system. With effective training, now the local employees are quite capable for the 

whole project operation and regular maintenance.
