New Rice Mill in KZ with Capacity of 80-100TPD

This plant machinery is designed to process 80-100Tons rice paddy per 24 hours in Almaty, Kazakhstan. The main technical flow includes paddy cleaning, husking, whitening, sieve separating, polishing, color sorting and packing, with separate air compressor system and electricity control system.

To guarantee the quality of final rice, we take 3 times whitening, twice sieve separating, once atomizing polishing and color sorting.

After manufacture, we shipped all to KZ by road through Horgos port with full plywood case packing to protect machinery against shipping risk.

We will send 2 engineers for on-site installing and commissioning. All machinery will be installed on a concrete platform with size of 21m long, 3m wide and 1m high.
